IQF spiral freezer

The Double and single tower spiral freezer's structure are inlcuding following parts:

The cycle air flow

The cycle air flow is manfuactured with SUS 304, symmertical design, ensures there is no cool air fro mthe entrance feed in at inelt and outlet.

The sole plate

The special bottom plate design with our spiral freezer, which designed with slope and barrel-drain, which is easy for cleaning and htere is no stagnant water.

Decicated mesh belt

The conveyor belt adopts spiral special mesh belt, with smooth and beautiful surface and long service life. It is made of feed-grade stainless steel 304. The "cap bead" integrated with the mesh wire and the threaded rod is formed by hot pressing, and the chain links are fixed by fusion welding method to prevent the " Cap bead" of the domestic mesh belt from loosening. The mesh belt is inwardly contracted, and there are flanges on the chain pieces on oth sides, so that frozen products or plates are not easy to slip off the mesh belt.

The material of control panel is stianless steel 304, working with PLC and touch screen, which can shows current time, working status, or unit running record, inside freezer temperature and chain belt speed, etc.

The spiral twoer and the bracket

The spiral tower and the bracket is complete manufactured with stainless steel, the part which contract with the mesh belt material is macromolecule polyethlene antifriction material.

Evaporator

The evaporator is made of alumimum tube and aluminum sleeve, and the shell material is stainless steel 304, The structure of variable plate distance is not easy to frost, and the frosting time interval is prolonged.

Ventilation fans

The ventilation fan is an axial flow fan, the motor is fully eclosed moisture-proof and waterproof motor, the fan blades is made of aluminum alloy, and the air duct material is stainless steel.

Oil supply and return pipe and oil release

The flanges of evaporator's supply and return pipe are out of the freezer, and equiped with flanges.

Driving motor

The driving motor is installed outside of freezer, and direct driving tower, and try to reducer driving parts and improve the driving precision. There is no oil which will not effect products, less maintenance.

Insulation panel

The thermal insulation library is a double-sided stainlesss steel polyurethane sandwich panel. and there is a convave-convex groove interface connection between the lbrary board and the library board. The door of the warehouse is double-sealed, and there is an electric heater between the door and the door frame. Which can be opened at any time. There are drainage grooves on the floor of the silo, so that the drainage is smooth without water accumulation. Nylon pads are arranged on the landing points of the bracekets in the slio, which increases the strength of the bottom plate and does not cause cold bridges.

Transporation system

The mesh belt transporation system is controlled by inverter.
